Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital, online, and live programs delivered by KLFHouse.

1. Digital Courses & Downloadable Content

Once access is granted to a digital course or downloadable content, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final after digital delivery.

2. Live Workshops & Events

Refunds for live workshops or events may be offered under these conditions:

  • If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event, a partial refund (after administrative charges) may be issued.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the event or for non-attendance.
3. Coaching Programs & Mentorship

Fees paid for coaching or mentorship programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once access or sessions are scheduled.

4. Payment Errors or Double Charges

In rare cases of system or processing errors (e.g., duplicate payments), refunds may be issued upon verification.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at:

Requests should include order details and proof of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
