Once access is granted to a digital course or downloadable content, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final after digital delivery.

Refunds for live workshops or events may be offered under these conditions:

If cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event, a partial refund (after administrative charges) may be issued.
No refund will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the event or for non-attendance.

Fees paid for coaching or mentorship programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once access or sessions are scheduled.

In rare cases of system or processing errors (e.g., duplicate payments), refunds may be issued upon verification.
